These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jajavideo ("the Service"), a product of JajaSoft ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
jajavideo is an automated video production service. You provide a text script; we generate a vertical short video with a neural voice-over, royalty-free stock media, word-level animated captions, and optional audio elements. The output is a 1080×1920 MP4 file available for download from your dashboard for the duration of your plan's retention period.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it to activate your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are found to be abusing the Service, or that present a risk to other users or the platform infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for the scripts you submit and the videos you produce, publish, or distribute. By using jajavideo, you agree not to submit content that:
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that, in our sole discretion, violates this policy or harms the reputation of the Service.
Stock video and image footage is sourced from Pixabay and Pexels under their respective content licences. These licences generally permit commercial use without attribution for content published on social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use complies with the applicable licence.
Voice synthesis is provided by Microsoft Edge TTS. By using the Service you agree to use synthesised voice-over output only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Microsoft's terms of service for their TTS capability.
You retain ownership of your input scripts and the resulting video compositions you produce. The Service does not claim any rights over your content. However, your output video incorporates third-party components (stock footage, TTS audio) and your use of those components is subject to their respective licence terms.
Free accounts include a monthly quota of 10 short video renders with a visible watermark on all output. Paid plans raise the monthly quota and remove the watermark. Quota limits reset automatically at the start of each calendar month.
Unused monthly quota does not carry over to the following month. Credits or quota top-ups (where available) are subject to separate terms disclosed at the point of purchase.
We reserve the right to change plan pricing and feature availability. We will provide advance notice of material changes to paid plans by email.
Generated video files are stored on our servers for a retention period determined by your plan tier (7 days for Free, progressively longer for paid plans). After this period, videos are permanently and irreversibly deleted. It is your responsibility to download your videos before the retention period expires. We are not liable for the loss of content that has passed its retention deadline.
We aim to keep jajavideo available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during planned maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or due to factors outside our control. Renders are processed by a queue; wait times vary with server load. We do not guarantee a specific rendering time or maximum queue length.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated videos will meet any specific creative or quality standard, that stock footage will be available for any particular search query, or that TTS output will be free of errors or artefacts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JajaSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JajaSoft and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your content submissions; your violation of these Terms; or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may request deletion of your account at any time via the contact page. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service and all stored videos ceases. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, and 10 — remain in effect.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL, and the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email where practical.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which JajaSoft is established.
